Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a Chrysalis team?
Please email or ring the office with your details and we’ll get in touch.
Are Chrysalis events just evenings?
No, we can do breakfasts, twilight events, Summer Garden parties etc. Anything is considered!
How much notice do you need?
As much as possible! Usually at least 6 months. Please contact the office for availability.
How far do your teams travel?
We are a nationwide organisation, but as our base is in Chesham, near London, we tend to operate mainly in the south of the country. However, depending on our itinerary we are happy to consider bookings anywhere in the country.
What do we need to do?
Provide the venue, publicity and an audience, and don’t forget to pray for the event!
Do you have any publicity leaflets that we can use or anything we can overprint or photocopy onto?
Yes, we do. We can either send you some generic leaflets which you can put your own details on, or arrange for professional quality publicity to printed. Please contact the office and we can provide a current quote.
What technical equipment do we need to provide?
We bring all our own sound, lighting, multimedia and special effects equipment. All our equipment is tested and designed to run from your normal 13 amp power sockets.
Does an organiser need to provide overnight accommodation?
We usually travel from Chesham; depending on the distance, we are happy to be accommodated in people’s homes, please contact the office for guidelines. If your venue is within a couple of hours drive, then we tend to return home the same night..
What are your fees?
Please contact the office for an up to date figure for any presentation. Hyperlink to financial policy. Remember to budget for the travel costs of the team, which we will try to keep to a minimum. These rates are based on mileage from Chesham.
Do you do workshops?
We run workshops on lifestyle evangelism, and how to host your own Chrysalis style events. We have also published our own books on this subject. Hyperlink to resources(?) page…
